What about replacement knobs for the 4780???
The stock on these items zeroed long ago, but see these similar looking items which could possibly be adapted for the purpose:

That looks familiar! I' see if I can track those down stateside. Mouser carries Piher but the data sheets don't look a think like what was pictured. More research in indicated.
